The cross surrounded by the sun and the moon is raised on Golgotha. The Virgin and Saint John are on either side of Christ.

The Resurrection.
Above the open tomb surrounded by two angels, Christ rises up into a mandorla of clouds. Note the iconography’s western influence.

The apostles watch the Ascension of Christ.

The Annunciation.
The angel announces the news to Mary with a fleur-de-lis in his hand. The Holy Spirit dove is in the upper left corner.

The Baptism of Christ.
Christ is baptised by St. John the Baptist in the waters of the Jordan River. To the right, an angel has veiled hands as a sign of respect. The Holy Spirit dove is in the clouds.

The Nativity.
The child, warmed by the ox, is lying in the stable, along with the Virgin and Joseph. A cohort of angels in the clouds watches over the nativity.
